Design starts here. It’s brainstorming, sketching, or otherwise imagining what will make the site special. We use initial drawings, napkin sketches, CADD drawings and rendered products to convey the agreed upon ideas. Before breaking out the sketch pad, Point wants to figure out what the client needs. It involves the investigation of processes in the site, and design of interactions that will produce the desired outcome. Our scope includes: urban design; site planning; town or urban planning; recreation planning; master planning and design; all at varying scales of design, planning and management.
