Retail/Commercial Projects

Dutch Bros - Commerce City

Point has been providing services for several Dutch Bros Projects along the Front Range. We provided all services including an ALTA survey, Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and the final As-Built ALTA. These projects are typically on lots under an acre in size. These small sites tend to have unique constraints and challenges to overcome. This particular project was on a slightly larger lot that was encumbered by a floodplain that had a drainage channel. Our team was able to keep the improvements confined to the north half-acre to avoid encroaching into the floodplain and provide a quality design for the operation.

Johnstown Plaza

The design of the Johnstown Plaza community lends itself well to promoting a very walkable community with high quality landscaping. Connectivity among buildings and tenant amenities is provided on site, with direct access to each retail user, as well as pedestrian connections to Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Exposition Drive, and the included open space and amenities.  Our scope was full service and included the development of Scheel’s, Ulta, Hobby Lobby, At Home, multiple shops, buildings and lots.  Site design also included extensive landscaping, monumentation, and featured sculptures.

The Grove

Point has been involved with this exciting development from early on.  We have provided the full array of our service offerings including Surveying, Planning, Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture.  The Grove is the first of two Cabela’s anchored shopping centers introduced to Colorado’s Front Range in 2013.  Along with the services Point provided to the overall Master Developer, Point has also provided the full range of our services to many of the individual pad users including Candlewood Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, La-Z-Boy, Wendy’s, Hobby Lobby, Arby’s, Steinmart, Burlington Coat Factory and all of the inline shops buildings.

Slim Chickens - Date Street

Point has been providing full services for several Slim Chickens projects along the Front Range. These sites are typically situated on lots that range from 1 to 2 acres in size. The property this project is located on sat vacant for many years due to the site constraints including adjacent circulation connections and drainage issues. A Plat had to be completed for this project that involved combining two lots into one flagship lot. This project involved extensive coordination with the City and other agencies as well as the adjacent user to accomplish a successful project.
